We have new guidelines and policies we are required to follow in order to provide you with the safest and best services possible moving forward. Please take a few moments to read through the following process and safety precautions. If you have any questions we are always happy to answer them! These policies are important for the safety of our clients and our INdustry Family!
Due to the influx of calls we will be receiving, we ask that you wait for us to contact you if you had an appointment missed due to COVID-19 Closure. If you did not have an appointment, please leave us a detailed email @ firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get to you as soon as we can (we will not forget, we promise!!!!).
Please note that our booking guidelines have been enhanced for the safety of our clients and staff.
*** We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request as much as possible and in a timely fashion. Unfortunately at this time, we will not be capable of running at the same capacity as we have previously because of the social distancing and enhanced sanitization guidelines put in place. Stylists hours may alter for the time being. We ask for your understanding as we navigate through our new normal and please be advised that some services may not be available due to government restrictions.

Pre-Screening Before Your Appointment:
Please be advised that upon confirmation of your appointment we will be checking to ensure that you are in good health beforehand. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, coughing, etc.), have recently travelled, we ask that you rebook your appointment in 14 days.
Please Arrive Alone:
Please do NOT bring any guests who do not have appointments. There are a limited number of people allowed in the salon at a time. Please come with clean hair and arrive exactly when your appointment starts not any earlier and definitely not late! Please come to the salon main entrance. Your stylist will be ready for you. Remember to keep 6 feet apart from other clients. Markings on the ground will ensure the distance. Be aware all stations, washbasins, counters, doorknobs (everything!) will be disinfected before and after every appointment.
We ask that you immediately sanitize your hands and bring a mask that secures around your ears and NOT around your head. ALL clients and Staff MUST wear a mask while in the salon. You may NOT take it off at any time of your visit. If you do not have one, then we will provide you one for $2.00. Please be aware that your mask may get coloured on while you're here. All clients and staff members will have their temperature checked and recorded with a touch-free thermometer. Client Health Questionnaire will be required to be filled out before your appointment starts. Again if you show any signs of COVID-19 ( fever, cough, cold or flu-like symptoms) please call to reschedule your appointment in 14 days!
During Your Visit:
Please keep your mask on at all times. Please NO wandering. Let your stylist know if you need any take-home products so they can have them waiting for you at the front desk.
Ask your stylist, receptionist or esthetician to plan your future appointment to minimize time at the front desk.
Beverages, Nonna's treats, magazines and our charging station will not be available for use, unfortunately, but Nonna promised to make it up to you!!!!!
Plexiglass has been placed around the front desk for added protection, but please keep your mask on!! Visa, Mastercard and Debit are preferred for your services but understand its not always the case. Please remember gratuity can NOT be added on to your bill but cash will be placed in an envelope for your stylist (if you feel they deserve it). Confirm your pre-booked, next appointment, take your goodies and feel free to sanitize your hands before leaving the salon.
As this is all new to us, we thank you for your understanding and patients as we transition to the "new normal" for now! Let's stay safe together!
